Sturmhaube Burgonet Helmet

This is a burgonet helmet I completed recently as part of a commission for a set of armour I'm working on for a character. The burgonet helmet was a Renaissance-era and early modern combat helmet. Commonplace throughout Europe, it first came into use in the early 16th century and was the successor of the sallet helmet. Accompanied by plate armour, burgonets were mostly worn by cavalrymen.
